Both Warner Bros. and Disney are in the early stages of remaking The Wizard of Oz.
At last!
I'm surprised it took them so long... Here's hoping Disney pulls out all the stops on this one! I'm really looking forward to more gratuitous CGI and lots of pithy "hip" pop culture references. Let's hope they can get genius of modern cinema Tim Burton to direct. I can already hear the Oscar buzz...
